Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 26, 2026
Vicaria Health Inc. is committed to making Vicaria Care’s digital information and service communication accessible to people with disabilities. We work to identify, prevent, and remove barriers and to support the requirements applicable to our organization in Ontario.
Our digital accessibility approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably practicable. The public website is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, text resizing, reduced-motion preferences, semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive alternatives for meaningful images, and labelled controls.
Alternative formats and communication support
If website or workspace content is difficult to use, contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or communication in an accessible format or through an appropriate communication support, taking your needs into account.
Third-party services
Some journeys use third-party telephone, email, messaging, or platform services that we do not fully control. We welcome reports of barriers in those journeys and will help identify another way to communicate where possible.
Feedback
To request an accessible format or report a barrier, email info@vicaria.ca or call (365) 336-9757. Please describe the page, feature, or information involved and the format or support that would help. We will acknowledge accessibility feedback and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.
