Website and Workspace Terms

Purpose and care scope

Vicaria Care helps families inquire about, arrange, and manage support with daily life at home. Website information is general and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, nursing, or another regulated clinical service. Nursing and clinical services should be arranged with an appropriately licensed provider.

Vicaria Care is not an emergency service. For a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service.

Requests, matching, and availability

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a caregiver, schedule, service, or price is available. We review the information provided and may ask follow-up questions before proposing a plan. A care arrangement begins only after the applicable plan, price, and service terms have been communicated and accepted.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate, current information and correct material changes;
• share personal information only when authorized to do so;
• use the website and workspace lawfully and respectfully;
• protect your account credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access; and
• avoid uploading malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, scraping protected areas, or disrupting the service.

Accounts and communications

You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. We may send service-related communications needed to respond to requests, operate the workspace, support care arrangements, or protect the service.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Vicaria Care handles personal information. Please do not submit emergency messages through the website or workspace.

Ownership and acceptable use

Vicaria Care’s website content, branding, design, and software are owned by Vicaria Health Inc. or used with permission. You may use them for personal, non-commercial access to our services. No other rights are granted unless we agree in writing.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to telephone, email, WhatsApp, hosting, or other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. A link does not make us responsible for a third party’s service.

Service changes and suspension

We may maintain, change, restrict, or discontinue website or workspace features. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect people, information, the service, or legal compliance. We will provide notice where practical and appropriate.

Responsibility

We aim to keep public information accurate and the website available, but online services may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
