After undergoing surgery that resulted in kidney loss, Maurin learned how much everyday routines matter while recovering at home. That perspective informs how Vicaria Care plans meals, mobility, and settling back in after a hospital stay.

We arrange support at home, including companionship, personal support, meals, light home help, respite, mobility support, routine reminders, appointment accompaniment, and hospital-to-home help.
How quickly can care begin?
Timing depends on your needs, location, schedule, and caregiver availability. Your concierge will discuss urgency and give you a realistic next step after reviewing the request.
How much does care cost?
Every care request is different. We first understand the support, schedule, and preferences that matter to your family, then provide a clear personalized quote before you confirm care.
What happens after I submit a care request?
A concierge reviews your request and follows up to understand your family’s needs. We then consider the practical caregiver fit and share the proposed support plan, caregiver information, and a clear personalized quote before you decide whether to confirm care.
Can I speak with someone instead of requesting online?
Yes. Call (365) 336-9757, message us on WhatsApp, or email info@vicaria.ca. A family account is not required to have the first conversation.
Can we request specific caregiver preferences?
Yes. Tell us about language, routines, gender preferences, pets in the home, mobility needs, and anything else that would help create a comfortable match.
Does Vicaria Care provide nursing or emergency services?
No. Vicaria Care is not an emergency service. For a medical emergency, call 911. We arrange support with daily life at home, while nursing and clinical services should be arranged with an appropriately licensed provider.
